• Once scheduled, appointments are confirmed via phone or email. Customers are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if a change is needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Certain services, such as mosquito control, are seasonal or weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if conditions are unsuitable for effective treatment.

• All animals must be secured and kept away from the treatment area until the treated area is completely dry.
• Children must also be kept away from treated areas, both outdoors and indoors, until surfaces are fully dry.
• These precautions are necessary to ensure the safety of your family and pets during and after pest control treatments.

• Payment for individual pest control services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Cash payments may be accommodated if arranged in advance.
• If a payment fails or is delayed, services may be postponed until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to service fees.

• Our subscription plans operate on a recurring payment model, ensuring regular service to maintain pest prevention.
• Payments are automatically processed on the first of every month for the duration of the subscription.
• The initial payment is required at the time of your first service, after which payments will follow the monthly schedule.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment methods remain valid and up-to-date. If a payment is missed, services may be paused until payment is resolved.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellation requests must be made at least five business days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the scheduling process, including property details, service requirements, and valid contact information.
• It is your responsibility to ensure safe and unrestricted access to the property for our technicians. This includes:
  
  • Unlocking gates and securing pets.
  • Notifying us of obstacles or hazards on the property.
  • Ensuring someone is present if required for interior access.
• If access is denied or unavailable at the time of service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

• We strive to provide high-quality pest control services, but we cannot guarantee complete elimination of pests due to factors beyond our control, such as environmental conditions, property structure, or improper maintenance.
